A COOPERATIVE MOBILE ENTERPRISE
The Ohio Cooperative utilizes mobile workforce management tools to manage offsite employees working remotely.
We have two current mobile positions, which are:
- Small Business Consultant
- Marketing Associate
These two mobile positions work within all three of The Ohio Cooperative business segments: Operations, Client Solutions, and Project management. The responsibility of the position requires the worker-owner to sustain constant mobility to achieve optimal job performance.
In the future, job development at the cooperative will focus on creating mobile positions along with attending fun cooperate outings and social gatherings to foster a high quality of work life balance.
